- Advisory Role: We provide guidance and support to help achieve agreed-upon targets aligned with SDG goals.
- Document Review: Thoroughly assess and review all required documents, presentations, and business plans received from a lender before their delivery.
- Initial Assessment: Evaluate project forecasts and assess the likelihood of target achievement based on current trends and timeframes.
- Ongoing Reporting: Commencing with funding and continuing throughout the term, we conduct continuous audits of policies, ensuring adherence and monitoring progress.
- Term Conclusion Final Report: At the end of the term, we conclude on the progress made towards agreed targets and assess the adequacy of targets achieved.
- Whole-of-Governance Approach: Implement a comprehensive audit of SDGs and their implementation throughout the term.
- Coherence and Integration: Evaluate the extent of coherence and integration in the implementation of policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Throughout the term, our ongoing audit includes objectives and questions aimed at enhancing and maximizing the achievement of SDG goals.
